K21 Health Foundation Awards Over $230,000 in Grants to Area Nonprofits

Winona Lake, IN—K21 Health Foundation announces grants totaling $230,539 to nonprofit organizations whose projects improve the health and wellness of Kosciusko County residents.

“K21 is dedicated to making a meaningful difference for the residents of Kosciusko County,” said Rich Haddad, President and CEO of the K21 Health Foundation. “Our board determined these grants had the plan and clarity which aligned well with our mission of ensuring wellness for generations by impacting the health and well-being of community members of all ages.”

K21 Health Foundation awards grants focused on four key Health Pillars: Community Culture & Wellbeing, Direct Services & Prevention, Health Access & Opportunity and Youth Development & Activity.

  • Kosciusko Community YMCA: Security Equipment for North Webster Campus
  • Kosciusko County: Jail Recovery Program Navigator
  • Live Well Kosciusko: Physical Activity User Guide
  • Live Well Kosciusko: 100 Lakes Clubhouse Program
