Winona Lake, Ind. – One of K21’s highest priorities is making sure that Kosciusko County residents have access to medical care. Did you know that the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana has a pediatric mobile care program? We recently granted $6,600 to help the organization provide children’s medical care visits to Kosciusko County with the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile.
The Care Mobile offers a variety of health care services to children ages 0-18 including wellness visits, immunizations, screenings (hearing, vision, developmental), point-of-care-testing (lead, strep, urine), fluoride treatments, and childhood health and safety education. Check out the link for dates and times that the Care Mobile has scheduled visits through Kosciusko County, and for instructions to make appointments for your child. Care Mobile Information
We are excited to provide opportunities for families to get the care they need. Bringing that care to an area or time that is more available to Kosciusko County families is exactly what we hope The Care Mobile will do for many in our community!
