In 2024, we celebrated our 25th year of helping build a healthier Kosciusko County. Over those years, we’ve grown alongside our community, while always staying mission-focused—ensuring health care services are provided, and advancing prevention and healthy living.
After this reflection, we’re excited to look toward the future, and all the ways we’ll continue serving our community.
Through our relationships with our grantees, we’ll continue to thoroughly understand our community’s health needs.
“K21 Health Foundation has been a key partner in providing critical therapies for vulnerable children in our community since the inception of Joe’s Kids. Their support of our services helped to close a gap in care for Kosciusko children and has allowed us to expand in ways we never could have imagined. We will forever be grateful for the impact they have had on the health and wellbeing of special kids in our community!”
